Member Experience Coordinator
Are you super organized, enjoy project management and have a niche for customer service? Then, look no further. This role is right for you! PSBA is looking for a highly motivated support person to assist the Member Outreach and Marketing and Communications teams with project management and complex administrative responsibilities. The job requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Role responsibilities: 

  • Serve as staff liaison to key audiences at the association
  • Provide support to the School Board Secretaries Forum
  • Host Zoom meetings
  • Assist with award and recognition programs
  • Conduct media reporting
  • Make assignments through project management software
  • Assist with large mailings
  • And more!

Role requirements:

High school diploma or GED with business or business administration course background and three years’ work experience and/or an associate degree in office administration. Proficient in Word and Excel, with significant experience with Customer Relations Management and/or other databases. Experience with project management software a plus but not necessary. Training will be available. Type 50-60 w.p.m. Excellent communication skills, ability to attend to details of several projects concurrently, outstanding proofreading skills. Ability to interact well with members and staff. Highly self-motivated and organized with some independent work effort within supervisory direction. Ability to provide support to supervisory or management level employees. Adapted to work in a fast-paced office environment.
